The Assessment
Four floors, One plan
The JunkLift team responded quickly and visited the office as per the schedule. Our team started its inspection, floor by floor and room by room, and made a complete count of what was there. It helped to organize the items by their type before the office stripout process, so nothing got missed or misquoted.
We divided the items into three possible categories. The first row was the bulky furniture, like desks, cabinets, chairs, and racks, and broke them into smaller pieces so they could fit into elevators and doorways. Second, collected all the IT and e-waste, such as monitors, hard drives, old servers, and networking gear, and carefully sent it to a licensed e-waste facility rather than to general waste. Third, all the kitchen appliances, like commercial fridges and microwaves, which were counted as white goods, are handled separately because they need their own disposal stream.
Our team used all the professional tools and vehicles for heavy lifting and loading. Our team leader confirmed the price with the landlord without any misunderstandings or sudden surprises and signed off on the document.
