The Assessment
A proper look before any promises
The owner contacted JunkLift and shared some photos for a garage cleanout and asked for a quick assessment. Our team arrived on time and started detailing the areas that needed to be cleaned, then inspected the volume before making any promises. The storage units were filled with waste from bottom to top.
The backside shed was also filled with a small pile of garden waste and other items, like tree branches, broken leaves, bushes, broken toys, cardboard collections, paints, plastic wraps, and packaging. The chest freezer and old washing machine both count as white goods and need to be approved by a certified recycling facility. Old car batteries and some remaining paint both count as dangerous materials and need to be handled separately. And the rest, like timber, garden gear, and general household junk, was enough and heavy to move around.
Our team leader confirmed the price with the owner and assured that garage cleanouts would be conducted carefully without any damage to you or your property.
