These Terms and Conditons (“Terms”) elaborate us that how you use our Junklift website and support,after approaching our online page,requesting a quote,applying for services or contracting with Junklift.

Quotes & Pricing

  • All pricing quotes are estimates only and depend on the detail and requirements delivered at exact time including images, descriptions & locations.
  • Fixed cost might be changed if:
    – The work and type of the removal may be different from your descriptions
    – Different location info or access may vary like stairs, lift, distance, parking restrictions.
    – Overwork, time or special needed in respective task
  • Quotes are usually available for valid for a limited time & might expire anytime.
  • Pricing quotes are available contacting us via SMS, WhatsApp or e-mail before booking service.
  • Our service has a fixed & transparent pricing structure without any surprise charges after work begins.

We are always sincere & committed to informing you about any price variations before working with you. Quotes are provided before work starts without having sudden charges after work starts.

Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings will only be verified once accepted by JunkLift
  • Same-day bookings are available on the base of need
  • Inform us early about cancellation or rearrangements of service
  • Late cancellations may result in extra cost or charges.

Access & Safety

You must mention clearly, our team approaches the access easily, junk removal & extra-ordinary things like:

  • Parking area location
  • Lift access
  • Clear & easily accessed walk paths without any hurdles or restrictions

JunkLift has the right to refuse work if the area is dangerous & risky or might create any harm to our team or business. We do not provide services in unsafe & restricted areas due to safety purpose

Items We Do Not Remove (Unless Agreed)

We cannot clear extra stuff unless clearly mentioned in descriptions including hazardous & other suspected material including,

  • Suspected asbestos or asbestos sheet
  • Hazardous, toxic, or illegal materials
  • Chemicals, explosives material, or bio-hazardous waste
  • Items requiring specialized permits

If this type of material is found on site, the JunkLift team will not be responsible for them. We do not lift these types of material but we’ll guide you about the proper disposal of these items.

Except of these material, we can do all lifting and loading of non-hazardous and suspected material

Photos & Job Assessments

  • Images & videos shared by clients are used only for quoting & site approach
  • JunkLift is not responsible for any mistake caused by incomplete description
  • Photos are used only for approach final locations

Payment Terms

In case, if you did not pay at time or delay it then extra charges will be add.

  • Payment is required at booking or after work completion.
  • JunkLift might need payment before unloading or departure.
  • We will inform you about accepted payment methods at booking time.

Skip Bin Services

  • Clients are liable for exact area permission (strata, council, homeowners, landlords)
  • Extra charges may add in case of leaded trash bins or restricted items
  • You must respect our time and services during our agreement period.

Damage & Liability

  • Junklift looks after everything during work time
  • We are not responsible for:
    – Already wrecked material
    – Damage caused by poor access, hidden hazards, or structural weaknesses
    – Normal damage
  • Allegations must be reported within a proper time after work completion.

Disposal & Recycling

  • Junklift tries to reused, or donate stuff if its needed or urgent.
  • Junklft decides how to reused or recycle stuff carefully, with permission or availability.

    We do not guarantee donation or recycling of specific items.

Website Use

  • Website content is only used for common details.
  • The online access may sometimes stop or slowdown
  • Its prohibited to replicate, misuse or exploit our online page

Privacy

Private details are covered according to our Privacy Policy, that is mentioned on our online page.

Limitation of Liability

To the exact access allowed by Australian law:

  • JunkLift is not responsible for indirect, related, consequential damage.
  • Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the service provided

    Your entitlements under the Australian Consumer Law still apply, with these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are regulated by the laws of Australia, and claims will be manaeged in the appropriate Australian court

Changes to These Terms

Junklift can renew these Terms at any time. So the most latest version will always be available on our page.
